- What if my pet doesn’t like it?
We're really confident that dogs and cats will love our foods - we've tested them extensively. In fact we’re so confident that we offer a 100% guarantee on first purchases of our 2kg bags. Simply follow the guideline of introducing it gradually by mixing with the original food and if your pet won’t eat their whole product we will refund the price of the bag (ex-P&P). Simply email us within 14 days of receiving the product for a refund.
- How do we know your food is safe?
Our manufacturing is carried out in a state of the art facility with diligent control of all processes and quality control throughout the journey from ingredients being tested on arrival to finished packs being checked for correct fill and seals. We have metal detection and mechanical filters on production and packing lines, and on site laboratory facilities looking at nutrient levels and ensuring no contamination occurs.
We have batch tracing in place and will investigate anything of concern.
- Do you have samples?
While the best way to introduce a new food is a steady introduction over about a week, we can supply samples on request with a small charge for Post & Packing. Email us for more info.
- How will the food get to me?
We work with selected couriers with parcel tracking in order to deliver our products. Our normal lead time is 3-5 working days but we will contact you if unforeseen circumstances suggest anything outside this.
- Can I click & collect?
We are not able to offer this service but can provide free personal delivery in the St Albans area.
- I’m not sure which product is right for my pet?
Email us with your pet’s details - species/breed, age, weight, any special dietary requirements or health concerns. We’ll come back with a recommendation, based on our years of experience and nutritional training.
