Light in calories, rich in taste featuring 50% turkey with sweet potato and cranberry (because they're not just for Christmas - or Thanksgiving!). We offer this energy-controlled option which unlike many light diets isn't packed with fibre to dilute calories, but features lean protein sourced from turkey with the addition of just the right amount of fat and carbs plus L-carnitine - a provitamin which promotes fat burning and the preservation of lean muscle. A lot of dogs can struggle to stay in shape, which could have a very detrimental effect on their quality and longevity of life, so we offer Trim & Tasty to keep them fit and healthy. The combination of protein and dietary fibre (with low glycaemic index) means that limiting carbs doesn't mean feeling hungry, as both help maintain a sense of satiety. Please note - if you are concerned that your dog is overweight or obese please consult your veterinary team, light diets maintain healthy weight and can help to slowly reduce weight but for strict calorie restriction and significant weight loss special veterinary diets might be required. This diet is an ideal choice once ideal weight is attained for keeping it that way.

Any new food should be gradually introduced over 7-10 days, initially mixing 80:20 original:new food and changing the ratio every 24-48 hours.
